BISHOP W. R. TURNER JR., Ph.D. & FIRST LADY RUTH B. TURNER

 

 

Bishop William R. Turner is the Senior Pastor of Living Word Temple of Restoration and the Presiding Bishop of Temple of Restoration Ministries International. He is a native of the Rochester area where he resides with his wife Ruth and their three children. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Nazareth College, a Masters of Arts degree in Theology from Northeastern Seminary, and a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Education and Human Development from the University of Rochester. He has been in the ministry for over 30 years. He was a youth pastor for Faith Temple of the Living God Church in Rochester, New York from 1988 to 1996, a Chaplain at Nazareth College of Rochester from 1994 to 1997. He also served as the Interim Pastor for Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church, also located in Rochester, New York from 1995 to 1996. In 1996 he founded Living Word Temple of Restoration. He has served as the Senior Pastor for over 20 years. He also oversees four sister churches under Temple of Restoration Ministries International: Faith Deliverance, which he founded, in Melbourne, Florida; Namuna, A Nepali fellowship, in Rochester, New York; Crossover International church in Columbus, Ohio, and Global Refuge Center in Monrovia, Liberia. Bishop Turner is very active in the community serving on several boards and partnerships in the City of Rochester. He is currently a professor in the African and African-American Studies Department at SUNY Brockport.

 

REV. THOMAS C. LINDER & REV. REGINA LINDER

 

 

Pastor Linder’s educational background is in Business Administration. He has been serving as Executive Pastor at Living Word Temple of Restoration for over 16 years. He was born and raised in Rochester, NY. He oversees various auxiliaries at Living Word that include the finance and the worship team. He and his wife Regina have 3 beautiful children. He has been employed with Applied Coatings for over 21 years and currently oversees the Material Preparation Department. Pastor Linder has a passion for ministering to families through supporting healthy marriages through the couple’s ministry. He also assists with outreach by sharing the gospel with the local community. In general, he labors to see the body of Christ walk in its full potential.

 

REV. DR. JOHN MILLER & REV. GINNY MILLER

 

 

John Miller is an ordained pastor with LWTR of Rochester, NY. He has a B.Div. from Trinity Seminary, CPE from the University of Rochester, a M.Div. from Northeastern Seminary, and a Ph.D. in Renewal Studies from Regent University. Dr. Miller has authored four books; he has contributed eight articles to three encyclopedic volumes and has published many academic journal articles. He teaches at Regent University and he serves as the Pastor of Education for Living Word Temple of Restoration, where he enjoys teaching teachers and helping every member find an opportunity to become involved in ministry. He and his wife have four adult children and eight grandchildren.

 

REV. SETH A. GREENMAN & REV. ASHLEY GREENMAN

 

 

Rev. Seth Greenman holds a B.A. in Bible from Houghton College with a minor in Youth Educational Ministries. He and his wife Ashley served as youth ministry leaders at Little Lakes Church in Honeoye, NY before joining Living Word Temple of Restoration in 2007.

Pastor Greenman has served in various capacities at Living Word Temple of Restoration, including Sunday School Superintendent, Jr Church teacher, and Youth Ministry leader.  Additionally, he and his wife have joined international missions teams to Uganda, India, and Nepal and then led a team to Nepal in 2010. He was ordained to the pastoral ministry with Living Word Temple of Restoration in 2015. Pastor Greenman is a certified housing navigator through the New York Housing Resource Center. He and his wife Ashley both grew up in the Rochester area where they currently reside with their two children. They are passionate about seeing the good news of Jesus Christ transform lives and promote community healing both locally and internationally.
